**Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:**
1. **Refunds with 24-Hour Notice:** You may cancel your plant rental order and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is requested with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. Within 24 hours you may incur a cancelation fee equal to delivery fee.
2. **No Refunds After Delivery Date:** Once the delivery date has passed, refunds will not be issued for plant rental cancellations. We allocate resources and prepare plants specifically for your event, and after delivery, the full rental amount becomes non-refundable.
**How to Request a Refund:**
- To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at 949-375-9921 within the specified time frame.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date, a 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the order placement.
**Exceptional Circumstances:**
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.
**Refund Processing:**
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the approved refund request.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the order placement.
**Changes to Orders:**
- If you need to make changes to your plant rental order, such as updating the delivery date or adjusting the plant selection, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes whenever feasible.
